Building Healthy Habits

Farrell's Kids is a five-day program for kids who want to have fun and attempt new activities. They'll discover and enjoy fun workouts—including kickboxing and strength training. Each workout is followed by an interactive game to encourage problem-solving skills and imaginative thinking. They’ll also learn how to fuel their growing bodies by tracking the ideal foods they put in their body during the week, to learn what good nutrition is like.
