Farrell's Spring is a 10-week group fitness program for anyone looking to revamp their current way of living. Classes are 45 minutes long, six days per week, switching between cardio kickboxing and strength training. Every member receives our 10-Week Challenge, nutrition coaching, meal plans, personal coaches, and a supportive and reassuring environment to meet their goals.

That depends on the individual. While weight is an important piece of your health, focusing entirely on weight loss will only produce short-term success. We focus on body fat loss, not just weight loss, to ensure your journey to a healthier way of life is well-rounded!
We offer three flexible enrollment options and work with you to choose the one that meets your needs. We recommend getting in touch with your preferred location for more details. We offer a free week of classes to try the Farrell's program!

All Farrell's locations offer the industry-leading, heart-rate tracking, wearable Myzone. Members may purchase a Myzone belt for use in and outside of the gym. Myzone is an integral part of the Farrell's program and is used to watch heart rate during both our HIIT-style cardio kickboxing workouts and strength training classes. Instructors and coaches use Myzone to determine the pace of the class and ensure members are achieving their Level 10!
Want to know what you’re really made of? Being knowledgeable about your body composition is the first process toward keeping track of your results. At Farrell's, we use InBody, an award-winning body composition analysis scale, which analyzes fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water. InBody verifies the results you’re getting on the mats onto paper, so you can see how much body fat you’re losing and how much lean muscle you’re gaining!
Our workouts aren’t over-the-top, but the results you’ll see if you commit to our program are. You’ll be able to tailor your workouts to your preferred level of intensity, while heading toward your personal goals. We also offer modifications for all of our exercises to ensure an awesome workout.

Of course not! When we begin our 10-Week Challenge, everyone starts together. We have members of all ages and fitness abilities, each with their own goals. And keep in mind, all of our coaches and instructors were once students too.
This is exactly why we schedule our 10-Week Challenges—so everyone starts and ends together. We introduce each 10-Week Challenge by showing you how to do the most basic fitness kickboxing and strength training exercises, building on those primary moves during your 10 weeks. It won’t be too long before throwing combinations at the heavy bag will feel like second nature.
Nutrition is a core component of your transformation at Farrell's. That’s why we made our nutrition program straightforward! We’ll personalize and instruct you on simple habits that will keep you energized and headed in the right direction. From simple meal planning to comprehensive nutrition coaching, we will be there to offer you the support you need to be a success.

*Farrell's eXtreme Body Shaping guarantees that you will have improvement in your physical fitness. If you comply with our 10-Week program as defined and do not have improvement in at least 70 percent of your fitness testing, we will give you all your money back. Since we cannot be with you outside of class and can only educate you on and encourage good eating routines, members must provide their food logs every week during the challenge to assist us in better coaching you to achieve great results.
